Final report of the Pacific Fisheries Resource Conservation Council in its role as advisors on wild Pacific salmon and steelhead stocks and habitat.

Do Council members act as individuals or as members of the associations or groups they belong to?

Council members are appointed as individuals with knowledge and experience in Pacific salmon biology, ecology, habitat, fisheries, enhancement and recovery. They do NOT sit as representatives of the professional or sectoral associations to which they may also belong.
